Prepaid coupon
You buy a fixed number of tickets upfront — for example 5, 10 or 30. You get one invoice to approve, and the code is valid until the tickets are used.
Ad-hoc billing coupon (with or without a cap)
No upfront commitment — you are invoiced as your customers register. You can set a cap (e.g. max 10 tickets), so you stay in control of the budget. The trade-off: you will get more invoices to handle if customers sign up gradually over the coming months.
Split payment as an alternative
Both coupon types can also include a self-payment element:
- 100% covered by you — free for your customer (the most common setup)
- 50/50 split — your customer uses the code, pays 50% themselves when registering, and you cover the other 50%
With a 50/50 split, your share is DKK 1,500 per 2-day ticket or DKK 1,000 per 1-day ticket — so your budget stretches to twice as many customers.
Overview and follow-up
Every 14 days you receive an e-mail showing who has signed up with your code, and you can extend the coupon if needed — so it doubles as a reminder. You can also pull lists with names, companies and e-mail addresses, which makes it easy to coordinate with your guests on site — for example if you would like to invite them to dinner.
